Submit Your Suspension for Repair or Service

Need to submit your suspension for servicing? You’ll find the upload field at the bottom of this page. Before you scroll, please ensure you’ve read the procedure that applies to you, found below. Following these steps carefully helps us process your return efficiently and without delay.

Please Note:

  • Supashock’s standard turnaround time for servicing is approximately 10-15 business days from the time we receive your dampers.
  • Please check the pre-return checklist and diagnosis advice section of our FAQ page before returning your dampers.
  • Dampers should be thoroughly cleaned before being sent in for service or repair. A $20 per damper cleaning fee will apply if a technician is required to perform cleaning.
  • If you require urgent servicing or would like to confirm current lead times, please contact us before sending your items. We do not accept or commit to rushed servicing deadlines without prior discussion and confirmation.

Procedure for return of Hyundai Excel Control Suspension:

    1. Download the blank Hyundai Service & Repair Form, and complete in full. Upload to the field below, select the applicable subject, and click 'Submit'.
    2. All parts related to the Supashock Excel Control Suspension must also be included. That means the entire strut including the spring, damper, top mount, and associated hardware. Control racing parts are never to be disassembled or tampered with by the customer. If you do not send all parts, your suspension will not be serviced until all parts have been received by our technical team.
    3. Please book your freight according to the following details:
  • Attention: Supashock Excel Program (Servicing & Repair).
  • Address: 2-6 Ardtornish Street, Holden Hill SA 5088.
  1. Include a copy of your completed Service & Repair Form within the package. Packages received without matching paperwork (to online submission) will not be tended to and will be the responsibility of the sender to follow up.
  2. Following service or repair completion, Supashock will invoice the customer for undertaken work and freight (in advance), then organise freight to your nominated address.

Procedure for return of Street & Track Suspension:

    1. Download the blank Street & Track Service & Repair Form, and complete in full. Upload to the field below, select the applicable subject, and click 'Submit'.
    2. Please include all parts you require servicing. If you do not send all parts you have nominated for servicing, your suspension will not be serviced until all parts have been received by the technical team.
    3. Please book your freight according to the following details:
  • Attention: Supashock Street & Track Program (Servicing & Repair).
  • Address: 2-6 Ardtornish Street, Holden Hill SA 5088.
