The Supashock Legacy Excel Suspension Program aims to make the 2022 Hyundai Excel Control Package more accessible for existing Supashock customers. Customers will be able to upgrade their current package in order to meet the 2022 Control Suspension specification.
Please read the following options carefully and ensure you understand before proceeding.
The initial payment on this web page covers inspection of your existing dampers, and the upgrade to new spec components listed below. The customer's damper cartridge will be retained during the upgrade process.
- Strut foot
- Front & rear springs
- Front camber tops
- Tamper proof sealing & serial numbering
During the upgrade Supashock will assess wear and tear on each of the customer's existing damper cartridges. If a cartridge is outside of specification and in need of rebuilding, there will be additional cost of parts and labour for each worn or damaged cartridge.
If the quoted repair costs exceed a total of $1,650.00 + GST whilst upgrading (including purchase price), the customer will be offered the opportunity to trade their dampers for a brand new Control Spec Package for the cost of $1,650.00 + GST.
I.e. an existing Supashock customer will never pay more than the cap of $1,650.00 + GST + postage to be upgraded to the 2022 Control Spec Suspension.
The assessment and outstanding cost will be communicated with the customer and the invoice must be paid before delivery of the final product.
PURCHASING & CHANGE OVER STEPS

Upon checkout, our system will record your details ready for appointment of serial/set numbers.
After purchasing, interstate customers will need to ship their existing Supashock Package to Supashock HQ for assessment and upgrade.
South Australian customers may ship their existing Supashock Package to Supashock HQ using the below details or they may drop off according to the following times.
Any postage paid on checkout is for the return leg.
Please label your box to include your name, return address and exchange order number (provided via email post purchase).
Drop off times are as follows: 2:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
2. Customers will be advised on lead time of Upgrade orders when assessment is complete.
3. When complete, freight orders you will be notified via email or text message and provided with tracking upon dispatch. SA customers who opt for pick up will be notified of the appropriate time to pick up.
